We are super picky about what we ship you but sometimes we may be thinking more about hunting, fishing or cooking wild game and send you something that is the wrong size, wrong colour or that has a defect. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to look after you.
Items may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items being sent back for a refund must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Describe to us what was wrong with your order and if you would like to exchange it or be refunded.
Include your name, return shipping address and email so we can contact you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you by email on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or send you a replacement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
